Welcome to Country Ceremony, with Palawa elder and songman, Ronnie Summers, 3 x great grandson of Fannie Cochrane (1834-1905) who recorded Palawa songs on wax cylinders between 1899 and 1903. Ronnie played a duet with Bruce Watson, the great-grandson of Horace Watson, the man who recorded Fannie Cochrane’s songs. The duet was titled ‘The Man and the Woman and the Edison Phonograph’.
